Condo Basics #1: Condo Docs & the 48-hr Clause

Condo Buyers in Manitoba are protected by the Condominium Act. This provincial legislation includes the '48-hour Clause', which gives buyers the right to back out of a purchase within 48 hours of receiving the Condo Documents. This video explains what's included in the Condo Documents.
